Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process is focused on finding the best person for the role and follows the following stages:

Search and apply

Click here to search all our current vacancies and apply online. Remember to attach your updated CV to your application and complete all the required details. We will acknowledge receipt of your application via e-mail.

Application review

Within two weeks of the vacancy closing date, we will review your application and you will be advised shortly afterwards if your application has been successful or not.

Interview stage

If your application has been successful, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable interview date, time and location. All applicants reaching this stage will have at least one interview, with line managers and/or a member of the HR team present. 

Some of our recruitment processes also involve you completing a range of psychometric tests, you will be told in advance if this is the case and be given plenty of opportunity to practice.

Interview decision / Offer of employment

Following your interview you will be contacted to advise you of the decision, and we can give you feedback, whether you are successful or not. If you have been successful after the interview(s) are complete, we will verbally offer you employment and will then issue a formal contract. All offers of employment are subject to receipt of satisfactory references and verification of eligibility to work in the UK. 

Starting with us

When you join, you’ll receive a detailed and comprehensive induction from your line manager and HR contact. Your line manager will also make sure you are introduced to other members of the team(s) in your office/site and will detail the objectives and expectations of you in your new role so you’ll know exactly what you’ll need to achieve.
