M&S Chelmsford
Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) has been awarded a contract by WB Projects to supply mechanical and electrical services.
This contract involves the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical services and has recently started on site in Chelmsford’s busy High Street and is due for completion in November. BBES has overall responsibility for co-ordinating all services.
This is a challenging project for BBES, as it is working under phasing and programming constraints. A temporary lighting system installation is being carried out to allow the store to continue trading as normal in addition to the supply and installation of a temporary air conditioning system.
BBES has completed over 100 contracts for ultimate client Marks and Spencer, either directly or through contractors and specialist shopfitters. The consultant on this contract is SDS Consulting.
