James Terry Court, Croydon
Building Services South has been awarded a £3m contract for the design, development, supply and installation of mechanical and electrical services at James Terry Court care home in Croydon.
This project, for client Mansell, consists of both new build and refurbishment work for the existing care home which specialises in dementia care and is due to start in September.
Originally a family home, James Terry Court was converted and taken over by a charitable organisation in 1980 and accommodates 39 residents.
The project is due for completion in April 2012 and will involve the provision of a high level of specialist services and facilities for the residents.
