Congratulations to all of our student engineers from Liverpool College and John Moore’s University who have graduated with a BSc Honours in Building Services Engineering.
Our ten students from the 2007 intake graduated on 11 July 2011 at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.
This is an outstanding achievement by all of our students and of which we are rightly proud. Particular congratulations go to Michael Cunningham who attained a first class degree.
The programme consists of a four year, block release sandwich course combining up to 48 weeks of full-time study with training at work. Whilst studying, specialists in mechanical, electrical and commercial areas work together as teams, with a strong emphasis on project work. All students study the same Level 3 Diploma in Building Services Engineering during the first year, providing a multi-disciplinary technical foundation. Years two and three of the programme consist of a Foundation Degree (FDSc) in Building Services Engineering with routes for mechanical, electrical and commercial specialism.
During the final year, students can obtain a BSc (Hons) in Building Services Engineering in both the engineering and commercial disciplines.
