The purpose built 5-storey 32,500 sq ft headquarters incorporates studios, offices and large public areas in a building with a glass façade on the south bank of the River Clyde.
BBC Pacific Quay will feature an internal stepped 'street', rising through length of the building, providing visitors with an insight to BBC Scotland at work. Accommodation and facilities will be provided for over 1200 staff.
Our scope includes the supply and installation of HVAC, plumbing and public health services to the new BBC Scotland Headquarters. Services include ventilation, smoke extract, heating and chilled water distribution systems, BMS/Automatic controls, plumbing, close control air conditioning, dry risers, gas extinguishing, water treatment and commissioning.
