All mechanical and electrical building services were installed and commissioned at the new Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College.
The project consists of 70 classrooms and laboratories, a performance hall, library, offices, meeting rooms and a cyber café. There is a separate leisure facility for use by the College during daytime hours and by the community during evenings and weekends.
Off-site manufactured building services provided a major contribution to achieving project completion for the start of the new school year. Over 200 multi-service modules were installed bringing quality and safety benefits to the project in addition to compressing the construction programme.
