This healthcare project comprises a £3m mechanical and electrical services contract for a new purpose built hospice at Stobhill General Hospital in Glasgow. The building is a residential home providing palliative care for sufferers.
The building comprises of four main blocks over three levels, these are day and education services, administrative offices, kitchen, dining and entrance and ward block.
Our involvement includes water services, mechanical ventilation, heating, air conditioning, rainwater harvesting, sprinklers, BMS, medical gases, mains and sub mains distribution, generator, fire alarm, voice and data, access/CCTV/intruder alarm, nurse call, public address and general lighting and power installation.
