Easter Bush Research Facility is a three-storey research building for the Roslin Institute and the University of Edinburgh. The building design resembles a pair of chromosomes, with coloured panels representing ‘fins’ connecting the office and research blocks together. The building also includes a restaurant area, a 250 seat auditorium and library.

Work comprises of all mechanical services including heating, cooling, domestic service, dry risers, ventilation, steam, thermal insulation, medical gasses, compressed air, sprinklers, fume extract, energy management and gas suppression.
