OpTIC is an initiative by the Welsh Development Agency to encourage high tech companies in the field of electronic optics to locate to this area of North Wales. This project comprises of 24 business incubator units, clean rooms and workshops with conference and administration facilities.
Work includes the supply, installation and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical services. The mechanical works included heating and ventilation and comfort cooling t most areas. Process cooling systems and compressed air. Plumbing services. The electrical contract included general lighting ad power services throughout the facility including fire detection and external lighting. Our work also included the provision of a rainwater harvesting system to collect and use rainwater for “grey water” applications.
