This new nine-storey glass and stone fronted development by Redevco is situated on one of the most prestigious thoroughfares in Scotland, Princes Street.
This landmark building provides a mix of retail and high specification office accommodation. All mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler systems were installed and commissioned.
Given the project's situation, the issues to be addressed from the outset were of limited space in respect of accommodation and storage. Just in time deliveries, strict programming adherence and tight subcontractor control were key to the successful delivery of this scheme which was completed to programme and budget.
