Selfridges is the key attraction of Birmingham’s Bullring Shopping Centre.
Mechanical and Electrical Services and fire protection were provided and interfaced with the Bullring landlord's system. Following the success of this project, the fit-out contract was also delivered.
Limited access and storage in this city centre site along with a fast-track programme brought challenges met by expertise in off-site manufacture. The results were optimising the performance of operatives on the site and reducing time spent completing the works and the space required both for fabrication and storage.
