The Sage Gateshead incorporates a wide variety of state-of-the-art building services, including specialist equipment associated with voice and data. Stringent acoustic criteria and a fast-track programme were two of the challenges encountered and overcome in installing and commissioning all electrical, mechanical and data services in this prestigious project.
