Installation and commissioning of mechanical, public health and electrical services to a 50-metre swimming pool at Sunderland Stadium Park, next to Sunderland's Stadium of Light.
This will be the first 50-metre pool in the area and will include a 25-metre wide main pool with ten lanes, a 25-metre side multi-purpose diving tank and the provision of seating for 500 spectators and a changing village. A state-of-the-art wellness centre will be attached to the 50-metre pool development.
